To be eligible for holiday pay, you must have been employed at least 90 days and worked your last scheduled shift before the holiday and your first scheduled shift after the holiday, unless you had requested and received prior written approval from your supervisor before the holiday.

Floating Holiday. After one year of service, employees are eligible for the floating holiday. The Company will determine when the holiday may be used each year.
